Lab Clean Up

On April 18, 2014, BravoVax organized a thorough cleanup to the lab on the 2nd floor in order to create good health conditions and provide R&D and production staffs a clean working and experimental environment.

 

Aiming in enhancing the overall health environment, improving safety and health management rules and regulations and framing a safety and health protection system, we have had a general cleanup to the lab in all dimensions, ranging from ceiling, smoke alarm, fluorescent lights, air vents to wall surfaces, floor, experimental facilities, tables, benches, elevator exits, fire hydrants, locker rooms and washrooms. Prior to the cleanup, the division was clear-cut, each one being charged with specific responsibilities. Employees in each section were  highly enthusiastic, arriving at the lab in advance with personal protective equipment (PPE) worn.  


In the course of cleanup, employees, who were directed by their supervisors, were cleaning in a smooth and orderly manner with great cooperation. Finally, the lab on the 2nd floor turned into a fresh look with the concerted efforts of everyone.

HR & Admin Dept carried out a sanitary inspection when the cleanup was completed, particularly staying focused on the safety system, measures and implementation of electricity utilization, fire prevention, anti-theft, and anti-explosion. Each lab district was graded according to the cleanliness and a rating sheet was posted via e-mail later. Lowest scorers cleaned the area again in the late afternoon.

The lab was fully operational after cleanup, which embodied the positive, energetic and spirited appearance of employees and promoted the cultural image of BravoVax on the whole.
