The first Council Labor Unions of BravoVax

The first Council Labor Unions of BravoVax Co. Ltd was held On Feb 21st, 2014. Thirty-two employees attended the conference.

At 1:00 pm, the first Council Labor Unions of BravoVax Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as BravoVax) officially started. Jin, Deputy General Manager, who presided the election, expressed the election criterion and the candidate’s qualifications. The vote, which took place by secret ballot, saw five employees officially competing for one open seat of Council of Trade Unions Chairman, with the four remaining to be committee members.

After votes have been tallied, Qi addressed a speech under the warm applause to show how honored she was to be elected as one of the committee members of Labor Unions, emphasizing that she will have a role to play in this effort by exerting herself in the development and construction of Labor Union.

General Manager ke briefly summarized the election and believed it laid a solid foundation for the development of BravoVax, a clear indicator that it is not only of paramount significance to facilitate the construction of company’s enterprises culture, but constitutes an important part of improving democratic system. The sense of belonging and cohesion of staffs have also been strengthened.
